The enterprise was founded by eight employees in 1988, with more than ten years hardworking, in 2002, it is changed its name to Ningbo Yinzhou Danfeng Machinery Factory. The factory covers an area of 10 mu, has invested more than 10 million yuan and is a professional factory specialized in developing, designing, producing and severing pneumatic and hydraulic series riveting machine.
The factory has the following sections, namely, the administrative office, production & technology section, marketing section, quality inspection section, and workshop and service department. At present, the factory has 85 employees, with ten medium-senior technicians and six quality inspector; international latest equipments: CNC lathe, milling machine, grinder and wire cutting and sophisticated processing technology. In order to strengthen product surface quality, the factory has allocated special fund to build surface treatment workshop, assembly shop, and to add surface treatment facility and testing instrument.
The factory provides pre-sale technical consulting and after-sale technical guidance service, and always assures you of 3-Rs. In order to ensure the requirement of installing and operating, the factory has manufactured special riveting punch tooling for customers and manufactured other professional riveting mechanical devices according to the requirement of customers.
The factory has established the aim of “take quality as first, win trust with honesty”. It takes “advanced technology, scientific management, quality product and serving customer” as quality policy, and “always imagine itself to be in the customer’s position, constantly provide quality product for customer” as its goal; it has passed ISO9001-2000 quality management system certification. Series riveting equipments manufactured are welcomed and trusted well in industries, such as: machinery, electron, automobile, hardware, instrument, and tool and leisure products in recent years.
